- SourceActiveMax® Human CCL19 / MIP-3 beta, Tag Free (CC9-H5215) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 22 - Ser 98 (Accession # Q99731-1).Predicted N-terminus: Gly 22Request for sequence
- Molecular Characterization
This protein carries no "tag".
The protein has a calculated MW of 8.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 12 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
- EndotoxinLess than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
- Purity
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
- Formulation
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

- Reconstitution
Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions.
For best performance, we strongly recommend you to follow the reconstitution protocol provided in the CoA.
- Storage
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.
Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
- -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
- -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
ActiveMax® Human CCL19 / MIP-3 beta, Tag Free on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
- BackgroundC-C motif chemokine 19(CCL19) is as known as CK beta-11, ELC, MIP3B and SCYA19. May play a role not only in inflammatory and immunological responses but also in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. May play an important role in trafficking of T-cells in thymus, and T-cell and B-cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs. Binds to chemokine receptor CCR7. Recombinant CCL19 shows potent chemotactic activity for T-cells and B-cells but not for granulocytes and monocytes. Binds to atypical chemokine receptor ACKR4 and mediates the recruitment of beta-arrestin (ARRB1/2) to ACKR4.
